"Who Needs the Chupacabra?"

Films: The Baron of Terror (1962)

Alias: None

Type: Mystical

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Here's a rather strange vampire to break the mold. Instead of your average handsome face, how about this two-fingered bearded goblin-faced...thing. Whew.

History:Baron Vitelius D'Estrata was a wanted man to the Spanish Inquisition for alleged witchcraft, and was therefore sentenced to burning at the stake. However, as a comet rolled by, he proclaimed that the next time it came near Earth, he would come back to kill his killer's descendants. When that time came, he came back as a shapeshifting vampire-monster!

Notable Kills: See Powers/Abilities.

Final Fate: Vitelius' crimes eventually catch up to him, as the cops quite literally torch him until he's nothing more than a blackened skeleton. Ouch.

Powers/Abilities: Vitelius' method of killing is jamming his sharp proboscis of a tongue into one's neck. He can also mesmorize and control people with his mind if he wants to.

Weakness: Anything conventional, especially fire.

Scariness Factor: 4-Hypnotic mind-controller? Check. Blood-sucker who eats brains occasionally in a bowl like spaghetti meatballs? Check as well. Oh, and he looks quite hideous too, like one of Peter Jackson's Orcs with a beard-job.

Trivia: -In America, this film is known as "The Brainiac".

-A noteworthy vampire from Central America is, as noted above, the Chupacabra. But that creature is known more for feeding on livestock…when it's not put into film again and again, of course...

Yes, those are really his fingers.

"MASSAGE! Also, murder."
Not...too much of a bias, I guess.

Thank god this wasn't done in the modern day. This would have been even more disgusting.

"Sir Vitelius...I'm going to scream in terror if you don't mind."
